Funds

United High Yield Fund

Investment Objective

To provide investors with a stable investment, regular income, ready access to their funds and competitive returns by investing in cash and short-term money market securities.

Investment Strategy

The Fund mainly invests in high quality short-term money market and bank based securities, to achieve a very stable income stream and to outperform the RBA cash rate by attempting to forecast the short-term direction of the interest rate cycle.

The Fund does not purchase securities that give rise to material currency risk and therefore no currency hedging is undertaken.

The Fund may use financial futures based on the 90 day Bank Accepted Bill contract for strategic and tactical reasons, however, positions taken will not exceed 10% of the asset value.
